HR Consultant / Workday Implementation

Contract Through June 2026
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Remote; $53 / hr
What you’ll be doing :
- HR Information Systems creates, tests and implements HR service delivery strategies and support HR business processes using HR information systems.
- This role will be supporting a large scale Workday implementation for approximately 10,000 employees into a currently existing Workday tenant.
- Duties will include evaluation of the current tenant and requested requirements, leading discovery and requirement session and supporting testing and implementation.
Who we’re looking for :
Experience leading discovery and requirement sessions, supporting testing and configuration with Workday.Previous involvement in large scale implementation projects related to Workday.Experience with the Benefits Administration module, required.Experience with the Leave Administration module, required.Experience with iLoads and implementor access in Workday, preferred.Applies comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities.Develops technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.Completes work independently.At least 5 years of experience supporting Workday in an HRIS capacity.Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.#ZR
