Patient Account Supervisor

A company is looking for a Patient Account Supervisor to oversee and lead Patient Account Representatives remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day operations of Patient Account Representatives, including performance management and A / R management

Train, develop, and motivate staff while identifying performance deficiencies and implementing action plans

Respond to requests from staff, management, and clients, ensuring timely completion of accounts and effective communication

Required Qualifications

High School diploma and / or equivalent education

4-7 years of relevant experience preferred

Advanced knowledge of UB-04, EOB interpretation, CPT, and ICD-9 codes

Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership capabilities

Strong understanding of healthcare A / R and Patient Financial Services operations
