Responsibilities :

• Set the Vision : Define and implement mid- and long-term sales strategies that align with market trends, customer needs, and business goals.
• Drive Execution : Design and lead execution plans that mobilize the sales organization and cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• Lead for Growth : Inspire and guide the Sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets through innovative approachesapplication development, service expansion, market penetration, and geographic reach.
• Deliver Results : Own the annual budget for volume, revenue, margin, and profit, ensuring consistent year-over-year performance.
• Collaborate for Impact : Partner with Strategic Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns that unlock new segments and strengthen existing ones.
• Own Commercial Excellence : Manage pricing, payment terms, and sales conditions to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
• Champion Customer Success : Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Accounts, fostering long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
• Resolve with Care : Oversee customer complaint resolution with a focus on maintaining trust and satisfaction.
• Build a Winning Team : Design an agile, high-performing sales organization. Lead talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement to empower your team to thrive.
