Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads, referral sources & event marketing.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements

Must have your Ohio Property & Casualty license.

Must pass a background check.

Must live in Ohio

LIfe & Health license a plus.
