Responsibilities

Client Consultation : Conduct detailed discussions with policyholders to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Lead Generation : Actively pursue new sales leads and follow up on potential clients to grow the agency's customer base.

Policy Management : Assist clients with policy renewals, upgrades, and changes to ensure their needs are continuously met.

Market Analysis : Keep informed about the latest trends and changes in the insurance market to better meet client needs.

Documentation : Ensure proper documentation of client interactions and transactions in compliance with agency requirements.

Requirements

Licensing : Active Ohio Property & Casualty License is required.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Customer-Oriented : Strong commitment to fulfilling client needs and expectations.

Problem-Solver : Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to clients.

Organized : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
