NOC Technician

A company is looking for a 1st Shift NOC Technician.

Key Responsibilities

Actively monitor dashboards and alerts to identify and document issues

Maintain reporting of network data and respond to IT Security events

Serve as the first point of contact for client network issues and facilitate communication between IT teams and end users

Required Qualifications

Prior experience is welcome but not required

No degree required; relevant skills and experience are prioritized

Understanding of Active Directory, Windows OS, Office 365, DNS, DHCP, and LAN / WAN

Knowledge of network infrastructure and the OSI Model

Experience with ticketing systems and real-world technology support is acceptable
