Selrico Services is the contractor of choice for the City of Phoenix to provide the Senior Hot Lunch and Home Delivered Meal Program.
We are looking for someone with a heart for people to assist the Program Supervisor in the daily the daily operation of the program
Assistant Program Supervisor Duties :
Assisting Program Supervisor to effectively manage the Home Delivered Meal component of program including :
Training and becoming proficient in the ServTracker computer program used in the management of the Home Delivered Meal Program
Manage daily route sheets and assignments
Communicate daily with meal delivery drivers
Ensure timely service is provided to Home Delivered Meal by addressing and resolving concerns with clients, drivers and / or case managers
Monitor and communicate frozen meal needs to PS and / or kitchen staff to ensure on hand levels are maintained for daily consumption as well as emergency backups as stated in the contract
Maintain a professional relationship with City Human Services Department staff
Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity and positive leadership
Collaborate with Program Supervisor to communicate policies / training via weekly staff meetings
Work closely with Program Supervisor to maintain operation of program and ensure Selrico is in compliance with the City contract
Requirements for employment :
Must pass background check including clean 7 year MVR
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
Upon Hire will obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card
Upon hire will obtain Food Handler's Card
