Clinical Data Science Associate (Remote - US)

As a Clinical Data Science Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the setup, execution, and closeout of clinical trials. You will work closely with the Clinical Data Science Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality data management and system validation. This role involves monitoring clinical trial data, performing reconciliations, managing documentation within the Trial Master File (TMF), and assisting with coding and data entry as needed. The position offers exposure to cutting-edge clinical data science practices in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing an excellent foundation for developing expertise in the MedTech and life sciences industry.

Accountabilities

• Assist in the setup of clinical trials, including eCRF development, edit check review, and preparation of DMP / eCCG documentation.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system, executing test scripts and tracking issues.
• Ensure completeness and timely filing of documentation in the Trial Master File (TMF).
• Perform query generation and resolution during the study conduct phase.
• Review Data Management listings and reconciliation data to identify inconsistencies or missing information.
• Maintain meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports for internal and external data operations meetings.
• Support database locking, data archival, and coding activities (e.g., MedDRA, WHO DD).
• Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, SOPs, and audit readiness standards.
