Data Scientist (Remote - US)

In this role, you will support population health initiatives by designing studies, developing performance metrics, and integrating data from multiple sources to drive actionable insights. You will collaborate with clinicians, program leaders, and analysts to create dashboards and reporting tools that monitor clinical quality, cost of care, and program performance. The position requires translating complex data models into understandable insights to support decision-making and improve healthcare outcomes. You will lead the development of real-time, monthly, and quarterly dashboards, ensuring transparency and accuracy. This hybrid role allows a balance between remote and office work, offering the opportunity to influence system-wide healthcare performance while working in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Accountabilities :

• Design and implement study frameworks, selecting key performance indicators and benchmarks for population health programs.
• Integrate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including EMRs and health insurance claims.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to track program progress, clinical quality, and cost of care.
• Collaborate with clinicians, program leaders, and analysts to translate data into actionable insights.
• Provide recommendations for cohorts, performance targets, and incentive programs based on data-driven analyses.
• Communicate complex results effectively to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making.
