Position : Office Support Assistant
Schedule : In Person - Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
Overview :
We are seeking an Office Support Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations by providing general administrative support to staff.
Responsibilities :
Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail using postage meter
Answer and direct incoming telephone calls with a professional, courteous manner
Perform general office tasks including copying, faxing, and filing
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Provide additional support to office staff as required
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
0–2 years of related experience (willing to train the right candidate)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Benefits :Salary / Compensation : $40,000 - $45,000 per year
