Office Manager
Location : Corona, CA
Reports To : CEO
Compensation : $25–$30 / hour (DOE)
Position Overview
A fast-paced, dynamic IT services provider is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead day-to-day administrative operations and serve as the central point of coordination between leadership, staff, clients, and vendors. This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who is organized, resourceful, and thrives on creating structure and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Operations
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a smooth and professional working environment
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide top-tier customer service
Manage office supply inventory, shipping / receiving, and equipment tracking
Process and deposit incoming checks; maintain financial tracking logs and collaborate with accounting
Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate procurement of IT hardware, software, and office supplies
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and track deliveries
Work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve order or service issues
HR & Employee Support
Assist with new hire onboarding, maintain employee records, and coordinate internal training
Support internal communications, team-building events, and engagement initiatives
Serve as a liaison between staff and leadership for HR or operational concerns
Executive Support
Provide administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, communications, and task coordination
Help facilitate communication and alignment across departments
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role (experience in IT or MSP environments is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
Experience in procurement, vendor coordination, or basic accounting is a plus
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
