Job Summary

Be the backbone of our people-first culture! As an HR Manager, you will lead employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives while ensuring an inclusive workplace. You will support leadership and staff, implement HR policies, and champion Levys values to strengthen the team and elevate the associate experience.

The HR Manager will oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR operations for several of Levy's restaurant and resort locations. The role requires an individual capable of balancing day-to-day HR operations with long-term organizational development initiatives, supporting an inclusive culture that aligns with Levys values. Travel is minimal, at less than 10%, and only when necessary.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS data integrity
