- ? What You’ll Be Doing :
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, escorting them to tables and introducing the menu
- Provide expert knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and wine pairings
- Accurately take and process orders, ensuring clarity and attention to detail
- Serve food and beverages following fine dining protocols with elegance and professionalism
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipating needs and resolving concerns promptly
- Efficiently manage a station of at least six tables or 35 guests
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and special request fulfillment
- Support fellow team members to maintain smooth dining operations
- Upsell wine pairings and menu enhancements to elevate the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas before, during, and after service
- Consistently communicate guest and resident feedback to management
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and appearance standards

- ? What We’re Looking For :
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months to one year experience serving in a restaurant preferred
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and food service standards
- Ability to remain composed, professional, and service-focused in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Training, Alcohol / Beverage Certification, and Food Handler Certification preferred
- Basic math skills and English language proficiency
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs
