Requirements : What You’ll Do

  • Own the Floor : Set up, program, and operate Haas vertical / horizontal machining centers and turning centers
  • Program with Precision : Use G&M code and Mastercam to transform complex designs into reality
  • Create with Confidence : Select tooling, develop machining processes, and maintain tolerances to ±0.005"
  • Inspect Like a Pro : Conduct quality checks and document results with accuracy
  • Collaborate & Innovate : Partner with engineers and teammates to improve processes and solve challenges
  • Stay Sharp : Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
  • Strong G&M code programming skills
  • CAM experience (Mastercam preferred)
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T
  • Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds for various materials
  • Solid inspection and measurement skills

    • Education & Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Journeyman or 2-year technical degree preferred
  • Strong math skills (geometry, trigonometry)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks

  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (or similar)
