Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is committed to helping individuals thrive through individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. We are seeking enthusiastic Case Managers to join our growing team.

This position offers competitive hourly rates ($30–$45 / hour) , along with mileage reimbursement and paid travel time. Team members receive company-provided technology, including a laptop and cell phone, and benefit from clear pathways for professional growth, such as supervised BACB hours and mentorship opportunities for those pursuing BCBA certification.

As a Case Manager, you will collaborate with experienced BCBAs to implement treatment plans, lead parent meetings, and provide ongoing caregiver support. You'll take an active role in training and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), while also ensuring accurate session documentation, data collection, and progress tracking. In this role, you'll work hand in hand with families and other professionals to promote consistency, teamwork, and meaningful progress for the clients you serve.

This role allows you to use creative, evidence-based teaching methods while making a lasting difference in the lives of clients. You'll join a team that values support, growth, and a mission-driven culture.

Qualifications :

  • Active QASP-C of BCaBA credential and master's degree (or enrollment in an ABA graduate program with 12+ units).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and maintain various postures during sessions.
  • Reliable transportation, a negative TB test, and FBI / DOJ clearance.
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred but not required.
