What You'll Do

• Innovation & Testing : Identify opportunities for testing and innovation in media strategy, collaborating with IS counterparts to implement.
• Campaign Oversight : Assume oversight of campaign management teams, providing quality assurance, troubleshooting, and support.
• Presentations : Apply storytelling techniques to presentations, adapting fluidly to adjust strategies in real-time.
• Media Insights : Provide deep insights into media performance, proactively managing brand impact, and identifying upsell / cross-sell opportunities.
• Project Management : Manage media team scope on projects, flagging potential overages and organizing teams accordingly.
• Process Optimization : Define and adjust processes for new tools and technologies as required.
• Research Utilization : Regularly leverage research from media tools to propose and defend innovative ideas.
• Digital Expertise : Demonstrate understanding of digital, social, and emerging platforms and technologies.
• Strategic Partnerships : Initiate discussions with partners to influence product roadmaps and capabilities.
• Relationship Building : Establish relationships with IS leads, department leads, client leads, and vendor leads to enhance collaboration and client service.
• Data Expertise : Differentiate between 2nd and 3rd party data sets, applying them appropriately to media strategies.

What Makes You A Great Fit

Compensation Range : $115,000 - $130,000. The starting salary offer will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The company reserves the right to adjust this pay range at any time.
