JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for bringing in new business as well as servicing existing accounts.
This is accomplished by marketing and selling the staffing services of the company using cold calling, networking events and business to business sales techniques. Professional appearance and demeanor are required.

(A) Relationships : Interacts with all levels of employees and leadership
(B) Equipment : Laptop, Company Vehicle, Cell Phone & Company Credit Card
(C) Pay : Base Salary plus Monthly Commission Structure
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education Level Required : Minimum of a High School education
Experience Required : At least 2 years of general work experience. At least 1 year of sales; customer service or working with the public.
Knowledge Required : Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and possess keen listening skills. Must be able to handle multiple clients and to effectively meet critical deadlines. Basic knowledge of operations at field level; familiarity with navigating and using a computer; must be able to positively relate to all levels of management, from branch level to executive management; must be able to travel and work independently as well as in a group setting.
