About the Role

Bluevine is seeking an Account Executive with a consultative sales background and a winning attitude to join our Checking & Payments Sales team. In this role, you'll engage SMB owners, guiding them to explore, evaluate, and adopt Bluevine as their primary checking account and financial management platform. Success requires exceptional sales skills, a deep understanding of SMB challenges, and a proactive, self-starter approach. At its core, this role is about building trusted relationships that empower small business owners to confidently switch to Bluevine as their financial management hub. What You'll Do

• Grow the number of SMB owners using Bluevine's banking platform through high-quality consultative selling and proactive outbound calling, while consistently meeting monthly quotas with customer needs at the forefront.
• Build strong relationships with prospective customers early in their Bluevine journey, developing rapport and sales influence.
• Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify customer challenges, translating Bluevine's features into clear, tangible benefits that demonstrate compelling ROI.
• Deliver customized product walkthroughs across our full suiteincluding business checking, bill pay, cards, and lending solutionsfacilitating rapid adoption and ensuring customer success.
• Support business owners during their evaluation and trial of Bluevine's platform, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the customer.
• Capture, address, and learn from customer objections and feedback to continuously refine and strengthen your sales strategies.
• Manage your pipeline with smart time management and prioritization strategies to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Drive ongoing customer interactions focused on feature adoption, platform utilization, and revenue growth.
• Consistently achieve your goals by effectively conveying value to prospects and customers, optimizing your time management, and identifying opportunities to enhance the sales process.
• Help shape Bluevine's sales playbook by identifying best practices and suggesting enhancements to our sales methodology.

What We Look For

New Hire Base Salary Range : $78,240 - $95,820

New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range : $130,400 - $159,700
