Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of underwriters and provide leadership to meet financial and membership goals
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and effective communication
Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop underwriting strategies
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Financial Protection underwriting
5+ years of people management experience
Experience in risk management and data analysis
Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder collaboration experience
