Workday HCS Tech Lead

12-18 Month W2 Contract to FTE

Hybrid On-Site in Atlanta, GA, Richmond, VA, Charlotte, Raleigh, Greensboro or Wilson, NC

W2 Contract Pay $80-88 / hr

FTE approximately $130-150k

Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and recommend Workday / HR systems tools and innovation to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Partner with HR leadership to identify technology needs and future state capabilities.
• Act as the primary liaison between HR, Payroll , Finance teams for HR Tech initiatives.
• Support compliance, audit and regulatory requirements.
• Stay current with HR technology trends, tools and best practices.
• Responsible for leading the design , implementation and support of Workday modules ( HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking etc..)
• Lead Workday and other HR applications solution design sessions including process mapping, requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of Workday initiatives. Provide regular updates to leadership and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing across the HR tech team.
