As an

Advanced Mechanical Designer , you will partner with the engineering manager and our vibrant team, leading the charge on premier mechanical designs. From modifying present offerings to pioneering new systems, your expertise in dehumidification will shape our success. We are in pursuit of someone enthusiastic and motivated, eager to contribute to impactful, world-class designs.

Your Role Includes :

Developing unique dehumidification solutions utilizing internal software alongside vendor and SolidWorks applications.

Design detailed production illustrations.

Conduct and lead design audits with the manufacturing group pre-release.

Revise and oversee project records and BOMs.

Create comprehensive submittal documentation for client nod using Adobe Pro PDF.

Engage in R&D and NPD projects, fueling progressive innovation.

Construct procedural and production standard documentation.

Identify opportunities for enhancement and draft corresponding action strategies.

Provide robust support and solve engineering queries for field service and clients.

Must-Haves :

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution is mandatory.

Minimum of 5 years actively engaged in mechanical engineering roles.

Expertise in SolidWorks design tools.

Proven experience with sheet metal creation and assembly.

In-depth HVAC or refrigeration system knowledge.

Excellence in technical document articulation.

Driven and team-centric mindset, with strategic operational insights.

Devotion to precision in delivering high-quality work.

Innovative problem-solving capabilities in technical contexts.

Proficient in managing stress and peak business demands.

Advocacy for a productive, positive environment.

Abilities :

3+ years of HVAC or Refrigeration systems design experience.

Multiple years experience in metal and structural design.

Mastery in thermodynamics and psychrometrics.

Competence in load analysis applications like FEA, CFD.

Independent HVAC system design capabilities, including thermal load assessment.

Fluidly navigate Microsoft Office Toolkit, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Background in lean protocols and comprehensive troubleshooting.

This full-time engagement anticipates 5-10 years of experienced candidates, offering remuneration in line with expertise alongside benefits like health care, paid leave, and more. Enjoy a four-day workweek from Monday-Thursday, totaling 40 hours, with minimal travel and occasional overtime duties.
