Project Manager Structural Steel

Trueline is seeking a Project Manager Structural Steel (In Office) in Oakdale, California. This full time role is for an experienced leader who will oversee multiple projects, ensure production excellence, and maintain strong relationships with clients and field teams.

Must Haves as the Project Manager Structural Steel :

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in structural steel fabrication / erection.
• Strong working knowledge of AISC standards and AWS codes.
• Proficiency reading / interpreting design drawings, specs, shop / erection drawings.
• Solid experience with construction cost control, schedule coordination, subcontractor management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to proactively resolve challenges.
• Capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
