Summary / Objective
The CNC machinist sets up and operates computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts. The CNC machinist sets up the machine to specifications based on prints, loads parts and operates the machine, cycles machine and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools. The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding productions runs, and maintains a safe, organized and clean work environment.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 1st shift - 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm, OR, if working second shift – 3 : 30pm to midnight, 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required based on business needs.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Education and Experience
Two (2) years of factory / manufacturing experience with blaster or similar equipment.
