Our client, a real estate developer, is seeking a Property Operations Associate to support their expanding residential portfolio! In this role, you'll oversee daily operational activities across property management, maintenance coordination, and leasing support while contributing to corporate-level initiatives. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Position Details :

• Location : Boston, MA
• Work Model : In office
• Responsibilities include managing resident communications and service requests; coordinating maintenance scheduling with field teams and contractors; conducting property inspections and apartment turnovers; supporting the leasing process through showings and application reviews; performing monthly audits for rent collections and work order billing; assisting with new property acquisitions and onboarding; and collaborating across departments on operational projects.
• The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities, proven organizational skills with attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and a proactive approach to supporting team objectives.
