The Bookkeeper should have experience with AP / AR, reconciliations, billing, data entry, etc.

The Bookkeeper should have a good personality and be willing to help out where necessary.

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and billing operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and assist in various tasks as needed.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and data entry procedures.
