Responsibilities
- Prepare substrates by grinding, hand grinding, or shot blasting.
- Mix coatings and materials according to specifications.
- Perform taping and masking techniques for clean applications.
- Apply coatings with brush and roller methods.
- Assist with broadcast systems, coving, and caulking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support foreman and team members as needed to complete projects.
