Operations Coordinator - Information Technology

Role Overview

This role combines executive-level coordination with partner-facing responsibilities. You will lead calls, manage complex calendars, maintain spreadsheets and reports, book travel, and serve as a day-to-day liaison for Executives and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recurring calls with internal teams, set agendas, capture notes, and follow through on action items.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple calendars and time zones, including preparing materials and logistics.
• Maintain spreadsheets and trackers (projects, pipelines, KPIs, action registers), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Book travel and manage end-to-end itineraries (flights, hotels, ground transport), plus handle expense submissions.
• Prepare weekly status updates and reports for leadership and partners.
• Own document organization and version control for shared folders and templates.
• Assist with special projects and light customer project coordination as needed.
• Administer time-off and PTO tracking; maintain accurate records, handle approvals, and report usage trends.
