LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a Monday through full-time IN-OFFICE position. Pay range $17.00-$20.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries, processing orders, and general support. This role requires strong internal / external communication skills, attention to detail, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services.
• Process customer orders, shipping information, verifying customer account information.
• Payment processing and receipt information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on systems and procedures.
• Document all conversations into CRM database for recordkeeping.
