Position Summary
Witherite Law Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Accounting Officer and Chief HR Officer. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a trusted partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in planning and executing departmental events and meetings
- Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives
- Support project management efforts and assist with special initiatives
- Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely document management
- Provide general administrative support including expense reporting and invoice processing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior executivesStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with a high level of accuracyDiscretion and professionalism in handling sensitive informationStrong organizational and time-management skillsExperience in a legal, accounting, or HR environment is a plusPhysical Requirements
