About Our Client

We're seeking a strategic and hands-on HR Director to lead our U.S. HR function. This is a true generalist role with a strong emphasis on coaching, leadership development, and continuous improvement. You'll report directly to the Global VP of HR and manage a team of four, driving initiatives that enhance employee experience, strengthen leadership capabilities, and align HR strategy with business goals. Located in Marlborough, Mass - hybrid schedule, 3 days a week onsite. $150k-$180k (depending on experience) + bonus and great benefits.

Job Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration.
• Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to managers and leaders across the organization.
• Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
• Champion initiatives that promote employee engagement, DEI, and organizational effectiveness.
• Drive change management and organizational development efforts.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.
