Our team of skilled healthcare professionals is committed to delivering patient-centered services, and we are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission.
Job Summary :
As the Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of our outpatient clinics. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our 3 phoenix valley clinics, ensuring that patients receive excellent care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong blend of administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
1. Leadership and Team Management :
Lead and supervise clinic staff, including MA's, administrative staff, and support personnel.Oversight of MA roles, Front Desk role, Medical Records role, and Central Scheduling department.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and open communication.Collaboration with other departments e.g., billing, managed care, etc. to maintain compliance and cohesive workflow.Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and ensure that all team members are trained and compliant with clinic policies and procedures.2. Patient Care Management :
Ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a timely manner.Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and follow-up processes to minimize wait times and ensure patient satisfaction.Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, maintaining a patient-centered focus.3 . Onboarding & Staff Training :
Curate and coordinate standard training protocols for new team members.Implement cost-effective measures to optimize the clinic's profitability.Collaborate with billing and coding professionals to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.4. Regulatory Compliance :
Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Ensure that the clinic complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintains necessary licenses and certifications.5. Quality Improvement :
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.o In-clinic policies & procedures, Electronic Health Record policies and procedures
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven improvements.6 . Inventory and Supplies Management :
Assist in development and implementation of standard inventory management processes.Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.Establish and maintain protocols.Locations : Goodyear
