Leading MDs is an outpatient healthcare provider dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate medical care to our community. Our team of skilled healthcare professionals is committed to delivering patient-centered services, and we are seeking a dedicated Clinic Manager to join our team and help us achieve our mission.

Job Summary :

As the Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations and overall success of our outpatient clinics. You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our 3 phoenix valley clinics, ensuring that patients receive excellent care, and managing a team of healthcare professionals. This position requires a strong blend of administrative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities :

1. Leadership and Team Management :

  • Lead and supervise clinic staff, including MA's, administrative staff, and support personnel.

    • Oversight of MA roles, Front Desk role, Medical Records role, and Central Scheduling department.

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and open communication.
  • Collaboration with other departments e.g., billing, managed care, etc. to maintain compliance and cohesive workflow.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings, provide feedback, and ensure that all team members are trained and compliant with clinic policies and procedures.

    • 2. Patient Care Management :

  • Ensure that patients receive high-quality care in a timely manner.
  • Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and follow-up processes to minimize wait times and ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly, maintaining a patient-centered focus.

    • 3 . Onboarding & Staff Training :

  • Curate and coordinate standard training protocols for new team members.
  • Implement cost-effective measures to optimize the clinic's profitability.
  • Collaborate with billing and coding professionals to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.

    • 4. Regulatory Compliance :

  • Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Ensure that the clinic complies with all federal, state, and local regulations and maintains necessary licenses and certifications.

    • 5. Quality Improvement :

  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and clinic operations.

    • o In-clinic policies & procedures, Electronic Health Record policies and procedures

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven improvements.

    • 6 . Inventory and Supplies Management :

  • Assist in development and implementation of standard inventory management processes.
  • Manage clinic inventory, including medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Establish and maintain protocols.

    • Locations : Goodyear

    Sun City

    East Mesa

    Requirements :

  • Management experience
  • Oversight of multiple locations
  • Marketing experience
  • Patient Care Management experience
  • Maintain low retention rate
  • Comply and enforce policies and procedures
  • Travel to and from our Goodyear and Sun City clinic locations
  • Strong written, verbal, in-person, and telephonic communication skills
  • Strong Organizational skills
  • Strong Time Management
  • ECW EMR experience (preferred)
  • Travel to 3 clinic locations : Goodyear, Sun City and Mesa

    • Monday- Friday
