Oncology Case Manager RN

A company is looking for an Oncology Case Manager, RN.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate care for patients with active oncology diagnoses, including managing data and clinical assessments

Provide education and resources to patients and collaborate with community resources for case management

Monitor and evaluate treatment plans and patient satisfaction while adhering to regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Minimum of three years of oncology experience required

At least one year of experience in Utilization Management or Case Management

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse license
