Human Resources Manager 1

Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Manager 1 to support Hospital Environmental Services departments at 3 locations in Oregon. The HRM may reside in Portland and must have the ability to travel to Columbia Gorge and Tillamook. The position will support up to 80 employees between 3 locations and be involved in day-to-day operations including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, and file maintenance. This is a highly administrative position, so proficiency with computers is a must. A valid driver's license is also required.

What You'll Do

• support, engage, and help retain staff
• support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
• work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
• demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization
