Job Title : Production Operator - 1st Shift

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Operator, where you will be using hand tools and various machinery to assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies utilized across different fields. You will be involved in quality checks and follow step-by-step instructions accessed through computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.
• Operate production machinery to print on solder paste and smaller components.
• Perform quality checks on assembled parts before proceeding to the next steps.
• Use computers to access and follow step-by-step assembly instructions.
• Log into multiple programs to access correct instructions for the assembly process.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30 / hr.
