Business Development Representative (BDR)

PuroClean of Auburn is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who is eager to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and contribute to the success of our expanding business. As a BDR at PuroClean of Auburn, ME, your primary responsibility will be to manage and execute all sales and marketing initiatives to promote our services and develop a diverse customer base. You will work to build and maintain strong customer relationships, implement annual marketing plans, and drive sales to achieve company revenue goals. Your role will be key to the growth and success of PuroClean.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass several key areas :

• Customer Satisfaction :

Actively monitor customer satisfaction through reviews, follow-up phone calls, and site visits.

Develop and implement an annual marketing plan to promote PuroClean's services, aiming to build brand awareness, attract new customers, and expand into new markets.

Collaborate with the team to train and mentor new sales and marketing staff.

Build strong relationships with key Centers of Influence (COIs) and other strategic partners.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales leads, and marketing efforts.

Compensation & Benefits

$0 - $100,000 : 1% of the job's gross revenue.

Additional Information : This position is an "At-Will" employment agreement and is not a contract for a specified term. The compensation plan may change subject to periodic performance reviews.
