Overview

Join Atlas Copco as Aftermarket Contracts Administrator in Houston, TX. You will draft, negotiate, and implement purchase agreements to support the aftermarket business for engineered-to-order centrifugal compressors. Collaborate with the Gas and Process aftermarket team to ensure contracts are compliant and beneficial to long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Review and negotiate terms and conditions of contracts.
  • Manage various agreements including :

Master Service and / or Parts Agreements

  • Maintenance Plans
  • Purchase Orders
  • Contractor Agreements
  • Vendor Agreements
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, insurance, Health & Safety, Human Resources, and other departments.
  • Operate out of our Service Center North America facility in Houston, Texas.

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing purchase agreements
  • Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
