Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports to support key business decisions.
• Budgeting & Forecasting : Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Performance Monitoring : Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial performance.
• Operational Insights : Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production and supply chain) to analyze manufacturing costs, improve efficiency, and drive profitability.
• Data-Driven Recommendations : Use financial models to provide actionable insights and support strategic planning initiatives.
• Ad Hoc Reporting : Develop customized reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience : 2-3+ years of proven success as a Financial Analyst, ideally within the manufacturing or related industries.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems; familiarity with BI tools is preferred.
• Analytical Mindset : Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for finding data-driven solutions.
• Communication : Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
