On-Site Services Specialist

Job Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable On-Site Services Specialist to support day-to-day operational functions within a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain high-volume printing, scanning, and mail processing equipment, assist with document management, and ensure efficient workflow across multiple business areas.

This contract position requires a proactive individual with strong customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Shift : 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Requirements

Operate high-volume copying, duplicating, and document scanning equipment.

Utilize image handling software , MS Office , and email systems for document processing and communication.

Perform binding, finishing, and quality control tasks for printed materials.

Ensure copiers and other office equipment are functioning properly; conduct daily quality checks, clear paper jams, and notify technicians of issues.

Maintain accurate records, management reports, and supply inventories .

Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to designated personnel or departments.

Calculate charges for completed jobs and maintain billing or service logs.

Respond promptly to and coordinate all customer service calls.

Deliver completed jobs to internal or external locations as required.

Maintain daily meter readings and service logs ; travel between buildings as needed.

Keep copier and mail areas neat, organized, and well-stocked .

Perform tasks related to shipping, receiving, filing, purging, and archiving of documents.

Operate a variety of office and bindery equipment, including shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, jogger, tape machine, electric stapler, and scales.

Perform additional administrative or operational duties as assigned.
