Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.

  • Maintain offic e supplies by orderi ng as needed and managing inventory levels.

Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are followed by team members.

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide administrative support to staff.

Handle correspondence, prepare reports, and manage filing systems as required.

Serve as the point of contact for office-related queries and liaise with vendors and service providers.

Support financial operations, including managing budgets, invoicing, and payroll processing.

Promote positive team culture by organizing team-building activities and office events.

Requirements

Experience : Prior experience in office management or a related administrative role is required.

Education : An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is optimal.

Leadership Skills : Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Organization : Exceptional organizational skills with an emphasis on multitasking and prioritizing workloads.

Technical Skills : Proficiency with office management systems, software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), and equipment.

Problem-Solving Skills : Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to improve office operations.

Customer Service : Demonstrable ability to provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally.
