About the Role

We're seeking a Early Childhood Recruitment Specialist to support our growing network of Houston-area preschool campuses. This hybrid position combines remote flexibility with regular visits to schools in Houston (and occasional travel to Austin). The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in attracting exceptional educators and building relationships that strengthen our organization from the inside out.

You'll be a strategic partner to school directors, helping ensure every child's experience begins with a strong team of passionate, qualified educators.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our schools.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Build relationships with local educational institutions and community organizations to create a talent pipeline.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Coordinate and conduct initial candidate screenings and ensure a smooth handoff to hiring managers.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Organize and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and open houses.
