E-Commerce Operations Ensure inventory is up to date and fulfillment runs smoothly. Resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly. Social Media & Digital Marketing Increase brand visibility, engagement, and follower growth. Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.). Collaboration & Strategy Provide updates, performance reports, and strategy recommendations. Assist with brainstorming and implementing new ideas to support brand growth. Creative & Design Support Collaborate with designers and vendors on marketing collateral. Proven experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce platforms. Strong background in digital marketing , social media, and online advertising. Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experience with data-driven decision making (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Creative eye for design and branding. Bachelor's Degree preferred Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and content creation. Graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus. Previous experience handling order fulfillment and customer service in an e-commerce environment.

About the Role
Premier Lighting is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Manager to oversee and execute our digital marketing initiatives, online sales channels, and brand presence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, strategic, and able to manage multiple responsibilities ranging from e-commerce operations to social media engagement and creative design input.
Key Responsibilities
- Website & Shopify Management
Oversee updates, maintenance, and performance of the company website and Shopify store.
Handle and process all ShopPremier orders efficiently.
Develop, manage, and execute social media content and campaigns across platforms.
Manage and lead recurring marketing meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to design direction, branding consistency, and campaign aesthetics.
