Job Summary
Our client is seeking a highly organized and polished House Manager / Personal Assistant to provide seamless household and administrative support for a private residence in Coral Gables, Florida. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
Schedule :
Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m. Must be flexible on weekends and at night.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residence, ensuring all household needs are met efficiently.
- Manage scheduling, appointments, vendors, and household staff as needed.
- Handle personal errands, correspondence, reservations, and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with service providers, maintenance professionals, and local contacts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain household inventory and assist with purchasing, deliveries, and organization.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to ensure the principal’s daily routine runs seamlessly.
- Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar House Manager or Personal Assistant role within a private household.Must have direct experience working in Miami and strong local vendor knowledge.Polished, professional, and service-oriented demeanor with excellent communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work occasional weekends as needed.Must reside near Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, South Miami, or Brickell.If this sounds like a fit, please submit your resume for consideration!
