Our client is seeking a motivated Workplace Sales Consultant to drive new business and build strong client relationships. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this role focuses on generating revenue through prospecting, client development, and closing sales while collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences from initial engagement through project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet assigned revenue goals.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities, building a targeted portfolio of accounts.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and operational teams to deliver full-service solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key decision-makers and local industry contacts (brokers, property managers, vendors).
- Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction throughout the sales and project process.
- Track business development activities, opportunities, and pipeline in a CRM system.
- Attend industry events, networking sessions, and tradeshows to generate leads and grow market presence.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting sales goals.Strong customer service, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment.Analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills; understanding of margin / profitability a plus.Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for client meetings and travel as needed.Physical & Work Environment
Primarily office-based, with travel to client sites, industry events, and warehouse locations as required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Frequent sitting, standing, walking, and use of hands for office and sales activities.
