Lead, Trade Compliance

L3Harris is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist, Trade Compliance professional to join our team. This dynamic role is a full-time export licensing and compliance position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, preparing, executing, and managing U.S. export authorizations; review and approval of tangible and intangible exports; managing temporary exports; facilitating foreign travel and visitor authorizations, managing denied party screening results, and providing subject matter expertise to business and functional teams.

Essential Functions :

• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and Customs regulations including providing compliance guidance to both internal and external customers.
• Prepare and manage export authorizations.
• Certify appropriate legal authority for compliance for international shipments.
• Analyze, research, and resolve issues in import, export, and compliance activities.
• Manage a diverse workload to include competing priorities and deadlines, ensuring on-time completion of activities.
• Apply understanding and knowledge of the ITAR and EAR regulations in everyday job duties.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey and California is $82,500 - $153,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
