Job Summary
The Business Solutions Analyst is responsible for analyzing business needs and implementing technical or process solutions to improve efficiency and achieve desired results.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Analyzing existing business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement, optimization, or automation.
- Designing and developing detailed proposals for solutions, including functional specifications, process flows, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams for implementation and testing.
- Oversee the implementation of new applications or process changes and ensure quality during testing.
- Develop and maintain reliable data pipelines.
- Build automated validation and reconciliation checks to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Partner with stakeholders to design reporting and analytics solutions that improve visibility into operations, sales, and finance.
- Streamline workflows so that data processing and reporting refreshes occur seamlessly as new data becomes available.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.Five (5) years of related experience required.An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.Experience with Python, SQL, data engineering and analytics workflows is required.Knowledge of cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform preferred) and data pipeline tools such as Fivetran, dbt, and Airflow preferred.Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Physical Requirements
