Pastry plater for Curtis Stone's Michelin Stared Gwen restaurant in Hollywood.

We are looking for talented Pastry plater to join the team and further their experience.  We maintain a fine dining standard.  Candidates should have a strong work ethic and consider hospitality their career.  Opportunities for growth available within the company.

The Pastry Line Cook's responsibilities are to set up and prepare quality products in all areas of the Pastry department.  Understanding and maintaining all standard pastry recipes.  Assisting in producing and plating pastries and desserts.

Requirements :

Formal pastry arts education or commesurate experience preffered.

Knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation and quality control.

Able to follow instructions as a member of the team

Able to participate as a collaborate member of the team

Reliable, hardworking, proactive & organized

Ability to priortize tasks and adapt to ever evolving situations

Able to work independently, without constant supervision

Flexible schedule, able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
