As Senior People Analytics Partner, you will be a driving force behind evolving the people analytics function, leading implementation and scaling of our new people analytics platform, and collaborating with leaders across the business to deliver insights that inform critical talent decisions. Your Daily Impact at Peloton
- Platform Leadership : Serve as platform leader for our people analytics platform (Visier), driving implementation, adoption, and ongoing evolution to meet business needs.
- Strategic Partnership : Act as trusted advisor to HRBPs, senior business leaders, and executives. Proactively identify opportunities where people data can inform critical decisions on talent acquisition, development, retention, organizational design, and DEI.
- Advanced Analysis : Design and execute deep-dive analyses using advanced analytical techniques (statistical analysis, predictive modeling) to uncover insights, correlations, and forecast talent trends.
- Reporting & Tooling : Build high-quality reports and dashboards using advanced analytical techniques to uncover hidden insights and develop compelling, executive-level presentations that communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
- Data Quality & Collaboration : Partner with engineering and systems teams to ensure data accuracy and establish a single source of truth. Support HR data source integration, maintain data governance standards, and define key business metrics for consistency across reporting.
- Enablement & Communication : Champion platform adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support. Foster self-service analytics culture and develop people analytics literacy across the organization.
You Bring to Peloton
7+ years progressive experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, or related analytical roleDemonstrated expertise implementing / scaling enterprise People Analytics platformsDirect experience with Visier platform implementation and administrationProven ability to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations to senior leadershipExceptional communication and executive presentation skillsExtensive experience advising business leaders on leveraging people data for strategic decisionsStrong proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced ExcelStrong proficiency in HR data, metrics, and processesPreferred
Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative fieldExperience with statistical software (R, Python) for advanced analyticsExperience in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environmentsChange management experience related to technology adoption and data literacyAbout You

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors including experience, objectives, and location. Our base salary is one component of Pelotons total rewards, which also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan plus other region-specific health and welfare benefits.
