Upon successful completion of training, this position may allow for a Hybrid Working Schedule, with three days in the office and two days working remotely from home.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in medical malpractice litigation with guidance from senior attorneys.
• Manage own files / matters, including case planning, discovery, and depositions.
• Take and defend fact and expert depositions; engage and prepare experts for disclosures and reporting.
• Coordinate with insurance claims representatives, including reporting, case assessment, evaluation, and strategy.
• Handle pre-trial discovery, motions, large document productions, and database matters.
• First chair mediation, trial, or arbitration when applicable; delegate and manage work to paralegals.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development and marketing efforts.
• Maintain strong communication and analytical skills; conduct thorough research and writing.
