Key Responsibilities

Direct and mentor teams to engage with the HCLS startup ecosystem globally

Develop and deliver scalable programs to accelerate the adoption of technology by healthcare startups

Engage VCs and the HCLS startup ecosystem to enhance technology adoption and ecosystem reach

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology adoption, developer relations, or startup ecosystems

5+ years of experience leading high-performing teams

MBA or Master's degree (or equivalent experience)

Strong understanding of HCLS global developer and startup community dynamics

Proven leadership skills with a broad network across HCLS startups, VCs, and accelerators
