Job Description

This Engineering Manager will :

• Lead and mentor Project Managers / Project Engineers to ensure timely, accurate project execution.
• Collaborate with Quality, Molding, Pad Printing, and Assembly teams to implement best manufacturing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal functional groups.
• Recommend staffing, vendors, equipment, and facility improvements to support growth.
• Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 : 2016).
• Lead projects, solve operational issues, and enforce documentation control throughout the project lifecycle.
